Modern House in Sofia

This ambitious project represents a contemporary single-family home located in a prestigious Sofia neighborhood. The design combines minimalist aesthetics with functionality, creating a harmonious living space.

Key features include an open-plan living area, panoramic windows overlooking Vitosha Mountain, and sustainable building materials. The house includes four bedrooms, a home office, and a double garage.

Energy efficiency is achieved through solar panels, heat pump, and high-performance insulation, reducing heating costs by over 60%.

Area

Area

The total built-up area of the house is 320 sq.m, distributed over two floors and a basement. The first floor includes a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area, a study, and a guest bathroom. The second floor houses four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

The architectural solution maximizes natural light through large windows and skylights. Underfloor heating and ventilation system ensure optimal comfort throughout the year.

The basement is functionally divided with a double garage, laundry room, utility room, and wine cellar.
